Our super-HABIs are different from the other company HABI products in structure, the UV absorptions of our super-HABIs are stronger and longer than them including BCIM, TCTM (2, 2', 5, 5' -tetr(2-chlorophentl)-4, 4'-di(3, 4'-dimethoxyphenyl)-biimidizole) and TCDM (2, 2', 5-tri(2 -chlorophenyl)-4-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4', 5'-diphenyl-biimidazole), and the photo -sensitivitys (photospeed) of our super-HABIs are better than TCTM and TCDM. Our super-HABIs are suitable for both of 365nm photoresist and 405nm LDI (laser Direct Imaging) photoresist. Our super-HABIs are better than any HABI system including BCIM and photosensitizer.
